Kaisercraft has some amazing products. Below is a sample using the Scallop Hanging Tree which retails for $5. A great buy and simple project. I used the tree that is in four parts and two pieces of paper. Traced the tree parts onto the paper and cut them out.
A little Zip Dry to glue paper down, sand down edges and added my favorite Ranger Distressed Ink to add the aged look that I like with my projects. Very easy to pick your favorite ink color on the edges to make it your own style. Bright & Cheery for traditional Christmas or maybe some white for the shabby chic look.
Used ribbon to tie together the four pieces. The project is really starting to come together now!
Added some bling and flowers from my left over stash. Used the left over paper to add a couple of mats for photos. Total time to make project 48 minutes. Simple, sweet and inexpensive. For less than $10 this would be a great teacher, neighbor or girlfriend gift.
The finished product is approximately 12" tall and would also be great as a family tree project.
