From The Kitchen

Hi there Paper Crafters!!!  It's Danielle a.k.a. FitterTwit bringing you some more design team inspiration.  Today, the AWESOME Gayl and I put together some SUPER FUN projects featuring products you can find at Paper Vineyard with the theme "From The Kitchen"!

So Gayl created an AMAZING Recipe book featuring Webster's Pages paper, Little Nibbles.  The flower was made using Cosmo Cricket Gluber and paper cloth.  This is incredible Gayl!!!  I love the imagery and would love to know how you did that title!!!  This is WONDERFUL!!!

Gayl then followed up with THIS beauty!!!  It's one of the inside pages!  She used Graphic 45 as well as Cosmo Cricket paper.  You might also want to check out all the NEW Cosmo Cricket and Graphic 45 papers that just came in to the store.... AWESOME STUFF!!!  So Gayl added that this book showcases her family's Big-breakfast that has been a tradition since she was a little girl. On the inside cover she outlined the menu - Creamy Eggs with Condiments (Ham, Sauteed Mushrooms and Grated Cheddar Cheese); Sticky buns and Marinated Mushroom Salad. YUMMY!!!

Ok, so here we are with MY creation!!!  Ok... I'm featuring some of my new favorites!!!  So the nail heads (#1) were done using the American Tag HomePro that is 20% off  RIGHT NOW on PRE ORDER... delivery will be about 2-3 weeks.  Feel free to swing by the store for a demo.  You won't believe everything this awesome tool can do!  The mat that is in the background (#2) isn't even part of the project... its the Tonic Studio Glass Mat... but it's one of my new favorites and I LOVE THAT THING!!!  Finally I used The Cinch (#3) to bind the recipes to the Zutter corrugated board cover.  The cover was painted with the new acrylic shimmer paints in the new dabber tipped bottles (they just came in and are available in so many colors)!!! They really are AMAZING and SOOOOO convenient! Finally, I used my Cricut to cut out the title and clipped can labels for the extra embellishments... from my kitchen!!!

So here is the inside of the recipe book.  I used the Gooseberry Patch 12 x 12 paper that has 6 recipe cards already on it, you just have to cut the paper and put it together... it's the Harvest Kitchen collection!  What an economical way to put a recipe book together for a friend or loved one for not a lot of money!!!

Alright, that about does it for today's features!!!  Thanx Gayl for your awesome projects... as always.  Before I go, I want to mention that today Paper Vineyard is running a Gift Certificate Sale.  TODAY ONLY, you can purchase a $50 gift certificate for $40, so swing by, check out all of today's featured products and save some money!!!

*****  UPDATE:  OOOOO check out what Emily just turned in!!!  AMAZING dish towel set Emily, and another great gift idea!!!

Emily used patterned paper from Little Yellow Bicycle, scalloped edge dies and Little Yellow Bicycle's oven mitt cutout.  She accented this unbelievably cute project with grossgrain ribbon and assorted buttons.  Check out Paper Vineyard for all these uber fun products to create your own awesome creations From The Kitchen! :)
