Groovin' Out Some Pages
A great night is being able to sit down and do some cropping. About a week ago, my cousin and I did just that. She was working on some cards and I actually compelted some pages. I was intrigued and then inspired by Tonic's new glass mat and shape cutters.
LOVE the glass mat, all the grid lines and the smooth surface is wonderful for so many different type of projects. Then adding the Ruler shape guides and easy cutting tool and I was motivated and on a cutting roll.
This layout has three strips of paper with the swirve edging. They are layered and inked and add so much to the page. Completed page #1....
Bright lego paper frame a picture of my grandson. One block I cut the yellow and then red lego paper with mirrored edging. Super simple but a great look for the page. Completed page #2These are my three monkey in 1996 and I used the swirve ruler to add one curvy edge to the base block of the layout. Completed page #3...woo-hoo!!

What great pages - what a great new tool. I'm intrigued as well.
ReplyDeleteThree layouts in one session? You're very productive and I am jealous! LOL (says the slowest scrapper in the world)
ReplyDeleteThey are all beautiful! :o)
