Bling, Bling, Bling

Grapevine Designs has created a new book that features a high heel on the front cover. The book also contains the word "Bling" and a chipboard ring. The high heel comes in chipboard layers so you can play up the colors and the accessories.

This book would be fantastic for bridal shower, bachelorette party or a girls night out. The sample is done up with a mix of Kaisercraft, Anna Griffin and Teresa Collins paper. The shoe and ring are all blinged out with our favorite Elizabeth Craft Designs.

We used Zip Dry to glue everything together and our wonderful Cinch to bind it all up. Hope your feet come in to check out the shoe possibilities.

Back By Popular Demand!!

Jean has taught a Squash Book class, my guess would be at least 6 times since the store opened. She is pleasing us with her creativity again with the Campy Trails Squash Book. Don't be fooled by the name - it is a camping/outdoor line, but it is extremely versatile and you will be making your own theme, whether it be family, travel, or generic. The colors and prints are beautiful! You will love this book because it is so unique. You will be able to select a couple of the individual papers plus use acetate embellishments.

There are three GREAT things about a Squash Book. First, the catchy name which perfectly describes it squashing up into a mini album tied off with ribbon. Second, it makes a wonderful gift as it is simple to make yet can capture enough photos and embellishments to represent your theme and third, once you learn how to put one together you can do it over and over again. It is the class that keeps on giving.

The third reason is well understood by our wonderful customer Celina. She took one of Jean's classes and made one of these books (over 30 of them) for friends/peers at work for Christmas. We are very fortunate to have Celina in the next class with Jean helping everyone make their books. Both of these ladies will be bringing samples of finished books for you to see.

Don't miss out on the fun. The class is Saturday, April 30th from 2pm-4pm and the class fee is $25.
