New Outlook on Scrapbooking
My sister-in-law invited me to a card/stamping home show about six years ago and I was instantly hooked. The stamping and card making is my first love of crafting. In fact, if this was true confessions of a Scrapbook Store owner I actually find scrapbooking overwhelming. It might be because I have boxes and boxes of pictures and I am starting out years behind.
But last week, I became a grandmother. Guess what? I am not behind on putting stuff together for him. Made my daughter a belated Mother's Day present and put together a 8 x 8 shadow box with Reminisce's The Wild line. LOVE the animals. My daughter has been a giraffe fan since she was so little. The nursery of course is all jungle animals so it was a perfect fit.
My baby girl is kissing her miracle about 5 minutes after he was born. Precious.

Congratulations on becoming a Grandmother! What a beautiful shadow box you created. I totally agree with you about being overwhelmed when you have years of memories to go through. Also, congrats on getting started right away with putting together stuff for him.
